Thank you for your interest in our community!  Click on the link to access the required paperwork to be completed to get approval to live in our community.  Each adult in the household must fill out their own RHR background application, all other forms can be filled out jointly per each household.

Once you have completed all of the paperwork, you can return them to the office during business hours.  Please have $40/per adult, each applying adults drivers license and social security cards, and 2 months of pay stubs when you drop off your paperwork. Your application can not be processed unless all items are complete.
